Improved Folder Structure

D2X-XL is now able to handle subdirectories of the mission folder.

What made me come up with this was the simple fact that my mission folder was overflowing, and simply increasing the mission limit would only have created an ever bigger mess of unsorted levels.

Introducing proper subfolder handling was the right measure to satisfy both the need to manage hundreds and hundreds of missions and keep them organized and easily accessible.
